About the Event

Join this vigil for Transgender Day of Remembrance. You will hear words from local Trans and Non-Binary people and gather to mark the names of all those killed or who have taken their own lives because of transphobia. Leave a candle marker and join our community to remember.

During this special memorial event we will remember but also look forward to how we can better build a world inclusive to Trans and Non-Binary people.

Join us, leave a message of support, and help us build a world without transphobia. If you or anyone you know would like to speak, recite some poetry, read, sing or perform, please message the Liverpool TDOR account. This event is free to attend.

Access

The area outside the Museum of Liverpool is flat and level, with wheelchair accessible entrance to the Museum itself. There is also an accessible bathroom inside.
