  The Liverpool Arts Bar entrance is up a number of steps and unfortunately not fully wheelchair accessible. Studio 3, where the cabaret is taking place, is accessed through the main bar and can be found on the third floor of the building - for those not able to make the trip up 3 flights of stairs, there is a small lift available.
