About the Event
Rest is Radical is a space for FLINTA individuals to give themselves the gift of intentional rest and presence. To hold ourselves and each other, with care and love through a two-hour breathwork and gentle movement workshop.
This space centres the importance of rest for trans folx, creating room for them to feel safe, celebrated, and supported while doing so. It also welcomes cis folx to join us in this act of self-love.
When we come together, as trans and cis folxs, to see each other’s brilliance and to affirm that the fight for our peace in this world is a collective one - something powerful happens.
To rest, together, in a world that so often denies us that right… is radical.
