About the Event
Embark on an energetic expedition of movement and dance to wake up your body and mind. This invigorating session will include a gentle warm up, solo and group dancing, and a gentle yoga cool down, all accompanied by a fantastic local DJ. We’ll provide the tunes; you provide the moves!
Open to all ages and abilities. Come in clothes and shoes you feel comfortable moving in. This is a chance to get together to express ourselves in a safe and inclusive space.
