About the Event

Safe Space Merseyside and Protect Scouse Dolls are teaming up to facilitate the first Merseyside Trans+ Council - a regular, town-hall style, open community event where anyone who’s a stakeholder in the Trans+ rights space can come along and share what they are up to - this might be projects or events you’re working on now or plans for the future. The meeting won’t be led by any one group - anyone who wants to speak will be able to.

The idea is to help support each other, avoid duplication of labour and resources and inspire each other towards our common aim; to make the lives of Trans, Nonbinary and gender diverse people in Merseyside better.

The event is aimed at activists, mutual aid groups, trans rights organisations, LGBT charities or organisations and those directly involved within the Trans rights movement. No need to pre-register - just turn up! If…
