About the Event
The Liverpool Roller Bird's training programme is open to women, transgender, intersex and gender expansive participants aged 18 and over. New skaters join the league as ‘Hatchlings’. You don’t have to be able to skate before you join, but make sure you are ready and willing to learn! If skating's not your thing but you still want to get involved, there are plenty of roles available. As well as On-Track Players, learn about:
Non-Skating Officials (NSOs) – tracking penalties, timing and scores from the sidelines.
Skating Officials – like referees, on skates, making sure the game is played by the rules.
