Liverpool Dry(ish) January Empowerment Workshop

Fancy a Dry Jan plan? Come along to the LGBT Foundation's empowerment workshop and sober social! Whether you’re going alcohol-free this January, exploring a more mindful relationship with drinking and substances, or simply looking for fun sober events, this is for you.

Join for an uplifting evening focused on confidence, creativity, and connection. This workshop will be looking at self-esteem, empowerment, and finding joy in being sober (or sober curious!). There will plenty of crafty fun activities to get involved with, in a safe and welcoming environment with others from the community.

Food and drink will be provided, as well as plenty of materials to express your creativity with!
