About the Event
Gay City Bowlers are an inclusive LGBTQ+ Ten Pin Bowling group with monthly bowling socials across the U.K. - including it's own chapter here in Liverpool! On the first Wednesday of each month, they play 2 games at Lane 7, Clayton Square and then head on over to The Lisbon for food, drinks, medals and more.
Accessibility
Lane 7 Liverpool reportedly is fully wheelchair accessible, and the Gay City Bowlers have a number of disabled members. There's a wheelchair lift and ramps at the venue, as well as aids to help with bowling. You don't have to be good at bowling either - lots of people join as complete beginners! However, the Lisbon isn't wheelchair accessible, with both entrances involving a flight of stairs down to the bar.
