About the Event
The Summer of Solidarity Fete is Feminist Fiction Liverpool's summer fundraising activity for 2025. With the support of local businesses, they'll be bringing you a classic summer fete like back in your childhood to raise some much needed funds for local LGBTQ+ youth charity, GYRO. There will be stalls with books, bric-a-brac and homewares, a raffle with some amazing donated prizes from local businesses, and a chance to have your tarot cards read/grab some crystals from Feminist Fiction's own Mystic Megs. Cornhill Coffee will also be on hand to provide delicious coffee and sweet treats.
Accessibility
This event will be outdoors - the Cornhill Coffee van will be parked up by the Baltic Fleet pub on The Strand, and as such is easily accessible. However, the Baltic Fleet pub has steps throughout and only has bathrooms up a spiral staircase, so it may be worth looking around the local area…
