About the Event
Celebrating local LGBTQ+ filmmakers, First Take is proud to present an hour long screening of shorts & micro-shorts made in collaboration with queer artists across Liverpool as part of their Reel Queer programme.
From sci-fi to horror, aliens to clowns, sapphic love stories to puppets debating the questions of the universe, this collection of shorts encapsulates queerness in all its kaleidoscopic forms. This event will be followed by a Q&A. Tickets are donation based - pay what you feel, and know your donation is supporting Homotopia's continuing work with LGBTQ+ people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Access
Screen 1, 2 and 4 all have one removable seat each, Screen 3 has two removable seats and one wheelchair position. All of Homotopia's participating venues have level access and accessible bathrooms, and where possible events are interpreted with BSL and/or captions.
